The present invention discloses an impact-resistant flame-retardant ABS color masterbatch and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the steps of: (a) placing magnesium oxide powder in a stirring kettle, spraying hot water while stirring at a constant temperature, continuing stirring at the constant temperature after spraying is completed, and then drying to obtain pretreated magnesium oxide; (b) uniformly mixing ABS resin, maleic anhydride, initiator, pretreated magnesium oxide, xonotlite whisker, samarium oxide nanopowder and colorant at room temperature, then injecting the mixture into a twin-screw extruder for melt extrusion and pelletization to prepare the impact-resistant flame-retardant ABS color masterbatch. The method of the present invention can efficiently prepare the impact-resistant flame-retardant ABS color masterbatch, improve the impact resistance and flame retardant properties of the product, and enhance the strength and color uniformity of the product.
