The reinforced flame-retardant PC/ABS alloy material comprises a resin matrix, reinforcing fibers and a flame-retardant additive. The resin matrix comprises polycarbonate, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer and a compatibilizer. The reinforcing fibers are surface-modified aramid fibers, and the flame-retardant additive comprises a brominated flame retardant. The preparation method of the reinforced flame-retardant PC/ABS alloy material comprises the following steps: adding resin raw materials and additives into a premixer according to the formula ratio and mixing uniformly to obtain a premix, wherein the premixer is a high-speed mixer or a low-speed mixer, and the mixing time is 10 to 20 minutes; adding the premix into a twin-screw extruder for extrusion and pelletization, adding aramid fibers through a side feeding device at a processing temperature of 230–260 °C, drying and packaging after pelletization to obtain a finished reinforced flame-retardant PC/ABS alloy product.
