The method comprises the following steps: Step 1: putting polycarbonate pellets, modified styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, modified carbon nanotubes, anti-dripping agent and antioxidant into a mixer and stirring until uniformly mixed to obtain a composite material; Step 2: putting the composite material into a twin-screw extruder for melt blending, cooling and pelletizing to obtain a halogen-free flame-retardant polycarbonate composite. Beneficial effects: the present invention effectively enhances the strength and flame retardancy of the polycarbonate composite by graft modification of the styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer and synergistic effect with modified carbon nanotubes.
