The preparation method comprises adding PBAT resin, PLA masterbatch and functional additives into a mixer, stirring at room temperature at low speed, uniformly adding white oil during stirring, then adding inorganic filler, stirring at room temperature at low speed, adding the uniformly mixed materials into a twin-screw extruder for extrusion, strand drawing, cooling and pelletizing to obtain modified pellets, melt-extruding, cooling and pelletizing to obtain pellets, and feeding the pellets into a single-screw film blowing machine for film blowing to obtain the product. The raw materials of PLA masterbatch comprise PBAT resin and PLA resin. The fully biodegradable polylactic acid modified material is not only biodegradable but also has excellent mechanical properties, no slag points during preparation and high production capacity.
