The present invention provides a modified PP plastic, a preparation method and application thereof. Polypropylene pellets are placed in a drying oven at 80°C for 10 h to obtain dried polypropylene. The dried materials, including 12–14% homopolymer polypropylene, 19–21% copolymer polypropylene, 29–31% heavy calcium carbonate, 24–26% compatibilizer, 11–13% toughening agent, 1–5% scratch resistance agent, 0.2–0.4% coupling agent and 0.1–0.3% antioxidant, are added into a high-speed mixer and mixed for 3–5 min to obtain a mixture; the mixture is extruded through a twin-screw extruder to obtain the modified PP plastic. Through filling modification of the PP material, the present invention solves the problem of high cracking rate of lining openings prepared from polypropylene.
