A BST/PVDF‑ABS composite filament for fused deposition modeling and a preparation method thereof. The surface of BST powder is treated with 30 wt% hydrogen peroxide and KH550 silane coupling agent to improve the interfacial compatibility between BST and polymer; BST/PVDF‑ABS composite powder is obtained by ball milling and mixing; the composite powder is added into a twin-screw extruder, and the composite filament with a diameter of 1.75±0.05 mm is obtained by adjusting the temperature of different temperature zones, feeding speed, host speed and winding speed. The BST/PVDF‑ABS composite filament prepared by the present invention has stable dimensions and is suitable for processing by FDM molding process. The composite filament has simple preparation process, low equipment requirement, short preparation cycle and high output. The obtained filament can be used directly without secondary treatment, which is economical and convenient. It lays a technical foundation for the design, preparation and performance control of subsequent structure-function integrated dielectric functional composites, provides an alternative material for conformal structures and components for aerospace, and has important scientific significance and engineering application value.
