The present invention provides a molding process for a charger housing, comprising the following steps: weighing raw materials in parts by mass: 50–60 parts of polyphenylene ether resin, 14–19 parts of polycarbonate, 10–17 parts of ASA resin, 1.5–2.5 parts of silane coupling agent, 4–6 parts of modified filler, 0.5–1 part of lubricant, 0.3–0.8 parts of antioxidant, 1–3 parts of toughening agent, 1–2 parts of heat stabilizer and 0.3–0.7 parts of anti-dripping agent; mixing polyphenylene ether resin, polycarbonate, ASA resin, modified filler and silane coupling agent to obtain a premix; adding the remaining components to the premix to obtain a final mixture; melt-blending the final mixture in a twin-screw extruder to obtain pellets; and hot-melt extruding the pellets to form a charger housing. The charger housing prepared by the present invention has excellent processability and comprehensive properties, and broad market prospects.
